Once again I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights and I just am continually impressed with everything.

Food – out of this world good. flavourful. good portions. just yum.
Drinks – good amount of alcohol unlike most places these days. Lots of selection too.
Service – top class. the staff cannot do enough for you.
Vibe – busy and vibey cocktail bar – restaurant was always nice and busy but staff still very attentive.
Room – incredible. furnished to such a high standard, nice big rooms, great mattresses and beds, the view of the river just tops it all off too.
Cleanliness – top notch. not a single thing wrong.

By my standards and if you appreciate good quality service and food when staying in Worcester, this is the ONLY spot you need. Trust me.

My husband and I stayed here on New Years Eve. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked through the door. We we’re warmly greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Our room was beautiful with a river Severn view. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the food was sublime. But what really makes this place stand out we’re the attentive staff. Well done to you all and thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely return and recommend.

Beautifully updated since my last visit with very efficient staff. We had a lovely long lunch in cosy, modern surroundings!

The food was delicious, the staff really attentive and energetic. It had a really happy hubbub. However, by the time we came to pudding they arrived separately and each time without a spoon. For my coffee I was given a desert spoon! We found it amusing!

We’d happily return and I’m sure it’s extremely busy in the warm weather as it overlooks the river running through the city.
